Payment Terms
Outlines how payments are processed, including recurring charges and installment plans through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize these charges under the stated terms.
Alurion Holdings LLC dba Shyralee | Effective: February 25, 2026
These Payment Terms supplement and are incorporated into our Terms of Service and govern all financial transactions processed through Stripe, Inc. on behalf of Alurion Holdings LLC.
1. Payment Processor
All payments made to Alurion Holdings LLC dba Shyralee are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal) and Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy). Alurion Holdings LLC dba Shyralee does not store your full credit card number or sensitive payment data.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as supported by Stripe. Additional payment methods may be available at checkout as Stripe's capabilities expand.
3. One-Time Program Payments
For single-payment programs, your card will be charged in full at the time of purchase. You will receive a receipt from Stripe to the email address provided. Access to the program will be granted upon successful payment confirmation.
4. Payment Plans & Installment Authorization
By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize Alurion Holdings LLC to charge your payment method on file for each installment according to the schedule presented at the time of enrollment. This constitutes a recurring billing authorization.You agree that:
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and valid
• You will be notified by email before each scheduled charge
• Failed payments may result in a brief suspension of program access
• After two consecutive failed payment attempts, we reserve the right to terminate your enrollment without refund of amounts already paid
• The total program investment remains due in full regardless of participation level
5. Monthly Memberships & Subscriptions
By enrolling in a subscription or membership, you authorize Alurion Holdings LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly (or annual) basis until you cancel. Recurring charges will appear on your statement as ALURION HOLDINGS or similar. You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
6. Coaching Sessions
Coaching and mentorship session fees are charged at the time of booking. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be forfeited. Sessions are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.
7. Currency & Taxes
All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local jurisdiction related to your purchase.
8. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@shyralee.com within 7 days. We will work to resolve billing errors promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent termination of your account and access to all Services.
9. Receipts & Records
Stripe will automatically send a receipt to your email address for every transaction. You may also access your billing history through your Stripe customer portal link (provided in your receipt emails).
10. Modifications to Payment Terms
We reserve the right to update these Payment Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or posted on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
