• Payment plan and installment arrangements for programs

‍By purchasing our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not prohibited from accessing these Services under applicable law.

‍4. Program Access & Delivery

‍Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive access instructions via the email address provided at registration. Access to digital content is typically granted within 24–48 business hours. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue program content at any time. We are not responsible for technical issues caused by your own equipment or internet connection.

‍5. Coaching Relationships & Disclaimer

‍The Services provided by Alurion Holdings LLC dba Shyralee are educational programs, coaching services, and digital content. They are NOT medical, therapeutic, psychological, financial, or religious counseling. They do not constitute and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or therapeutic services. Nothing shared in our programs, sessions, or materials should be interpreted as clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or religious guidance of any kind.No health claims are made, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Results from our programs and coaching will vary based on each individual's effort, commitment, circumstances, and life path. Testimonials or examples shared are not a promise or guarantee of similar results.You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing in connection with participating in our Services. If you are experiencing a medical, mental health, or financial crisis, please seek support from a licensed professional.6.

Intellectual Property

‍All content, curriculum, materials, transmissions, recordings, workbooks, frameworks (including the Dimensional Intelligence framework), and other materials provided through Alurion Holdings LLC dba Shyralee Services are the exclusive intellectual property of Alurion Holdings LLC dba Shyralee and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, share, reproduce, sell, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

‍7. Confidentiality & Community Standards

‍You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the personal sharing of other participants in any group programs or community spaces. You agree to engage in all program spaces with respect, integrity, and care. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program or community for behavior that is abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive, without refund.

‍8. Payment TermsAll payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Alurion Holdings LLC dba Shyralee to charge the agreed-upon amount for your selected Service. For payment plans, you authorize recurring charges according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and we reserve the right to revoke program access for non-payment.

‍9. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any programs, courses, coaching sessions, memberships, or digital content once purchased. Please review all program details carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.‍

‍10. Limitation of Liability

‍To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alurion Holdings LLC dba Shyralee and its founders, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service at issue.

‍11. Dispute Resolution

‍These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation before pursuing other legal remedies. You agree that any legal proceedings shall take place in Montana.
