Refund Policy
Outlines Shyralee’s no-refund policy for programs, coaching, memberships, and digital products. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

IMPORTANT: Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Alurion Holdings LLC dba Shyralee has a strict no-refund policy on all digital products, programs, courses, coaching sessions, memberships, and subscription services. Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of our offerings (which includes access to curriculum, live sessions, recordings, and intellectual property), all sales are considered final at the time of purchase.
2. No Refunds On:
• Any signature program or course
• Individual coaching sessions or mentorship sessions
• Monthly or annual memberships (including partial months)
• Digital downloads, recordings, or materials
• Any remaining installments on a payment plan are still owed in full
3. Payment Plans
If you enroll using a payment plan, you are committing to the full program investment. Each installment will be charged on the agreed schedule. Non-completion of payments does not constitute a cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. We reserve the right to suspend access to program content for missed payments and to pursue collections for outstanding balances.
4. Membership Cancellations
You may cancel a monthly membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or prorations will be issued for the current billing period. To cancel, contact us at the email below at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
5. Exceptions
In the rare event of a duplicate charge or billing error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review and, if an error is confirmed, will issue a correction. This is the only circumstance in which a refund or credit may be considered.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to terminate your access to all programs and Services immediately and permanently. We will provide documentation to your financial institution demonstrating your agreement to these terms at the time of purchase.
7. By Purchasing You Confirm
You have read and understood this refund policy, you are making an informed and intentional investment, and you agree to these terms as a condition of purchase.
8. Nature of Services Reminder
Our Services are educational programs, coaching services, and digital content. They are not medical, therapeutic, psychological, financial, or religious counseling. No health claims are made and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. By purchasing, you confirm you understand the nature of these Services.
